Before submitting your registration, please check the box once having read the statements below.

Teams will not be considered registered until paid in full and could be bumped for a team on the waiting list. Payment must be made once you receive your acceptance email.

Please ensure your guest or spouse is listed on the registration form; otherwise, they will not be accounted for during dinner.

Donations will not guarantee donor a team in the Edson Oilmen’s Golf Tournament.

Registration fee includes 36 holes of scramble golf, power cart, registration gift, and banquet dinner for golfer and guest.

Registration deadline is May 1st, 2026. No refunds for cancellations past this date.

Registered golfers will be contacted with their tee times.  Submission of registration form does not guarantee a spot in the tournament. Those placed on the waitlist will be notified of their status and any changes.

Any photographs taken at the Edson Oilmen’s Tournament may be used on the website, in print brochures, and future advertisements. If you have objections to the use of these photographs, please let us know by emailing us at info@edsonoilmens.com.

Golfers will be responsible for any vandalism/damage that has occurred during the event. This may include expulsion from the tournament and/or future events
