Complete the Registration Form: Fill out all required fields, including team member names and contact information. Ensure you have each players email address and shoe size and your guest or spouse if they plan to attend the banquet dinner; unlisted guests will not be accounted for during dinner.

Await Confirmation: After submitting your registration, you’ll receive confirmation of registration. You will then receive another confirmation with your acceptance/waitlist, along with payment & waiver submission information. Submission of the registration form does not guarantee entry; those placed on the waitlist will be notified of their status.
